Is Stafford Oaks available on my wedding date?
We will begin hosting weddings in Fall of 2021 and will begin accepting bookings and offering tours in January 2021. You may join our waiting list to be contacted when we begin accepting bookings and schedule tours by clicking here.
What are the ceremony hours?
Weekend wedding ceremonies are 6:00pm-6:30pm with reception following 6:30pm - 9:30pm. (Upon request and if available, earlier ceremonies and receptions will be allowed. However, not later).
Weekday ceremonies/elopements are from 2:00pm - 4:30pm.
Is there an installment plan?
Yes, you may pay monthly installments with 20% (non refundable) due at signing and the last installment due no later than 60 days prior to your wedding.
Is there a damage deposit?
Yes, the damage deposit is $1,000, is due 30 days prior to your wedding and is fully refundable according to your contract.
Are tables and chairs included in venue rental?
Yes, table and chairs are included in all packages.
At your request, we can help coordinate additional furniture rental, if you'd like to set up a lounge area for instance, at an additional cost.

Are linens included in venue rental?
Yes, ivory linens are included in all packages.
What is in-house wedding day management service?
We include in-house wedding day management service in all of our packages and it includes:
Ceremony Rehearsal Management.
Decorating and Set-Up for you on your wedding day.
Wedding day timeline creation, management and execution.
Vender management and communication beginning 30 days prior to your wedding.
Packing up your personal items and decor at the end of the reception.
Overseeing Catering and Bar Staff.
Can we bring in our own decorations?
Although we have you covered and you don't have to bring a thing, (depending on package) you may bring in your own special touches and we will help you place them as well as package them up for you at the end of the reception.
Do you allow outside venders?
We allow outside venders with the exception of your florist. Our sister company, Covington Bloomery is our exclusive in-house florist.
All venders must provide proof of license and insurance to us no later than 90 days prior to your wedding.
Do you offer a preferred vender list?
We provide you with our preferred vender list upon contract signing, these are venders who have demonstrated excellence and have their insurance and licensing on file with us.

Our All Inclusive Package Includes:
Venue - Stafford Oaks Weddings.
Florist - Covington Bloomery (Deluxe Flower Package).
Photographer - you will have a list to choose from.

DJ - you will have a list to choose from.
Parking Attendants - In House.
Caterer - you will have a list to choose from.
Servers - provided by your chosen caterer.
Bartender - can be provided by your chosen caterer,
or you will have a list to choose from.

What is included in Covington Bloomery's Deluxe Flower Package?
Upgraded Bridal Bouquet, Wedding Party Flowers up to 4 Bridesmaids and Groomsmen, 2 Moms Corsage, 2 Dads Boutonniere, Chair Flowers for Aisle, Flower Girl Flowers, Ring Boy Boutonniere, Cake Topper Flowers, Cake Flowers Side Tiers, Focal Arrangement for Guest Book Table, Focal Arrangement for Gift Table, Toss Bouquet, Welcome Sign Flowers, Greenery and Candles for Reception Tables, Candelabras and Centerpieces for Head Table, and one of the following: Magnolia Arch Flowers, Barn Door Flowers & Drapes, West Oak Fabric Draping, Central Oak Fabric Draping. (Additional flowers available at added price).
Do we have to carry insurance for the day of event?
Yes, we require our couples to purchase a day of event insurance policy including liquor liability.from a company such as wedsure. The cost is typically $100-$200. This must be purchased at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
Do we have to hire security?
Yes, you will be required to pay for security. A Security Officer is required for all events, 4 hours minimum - approx. $150 for a 4 hour shift.
Are taxes & gratuity included in your package prices?
No, taxes & gratuity are not included in package prices. They will be quoted at time of contract signing.
Is alcohol included in your packages?
No, alcohol is not included in our packages. You may bring in your own alcohol, however, it must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. Additionally, you may purchase from your chosen caterer at an additional cost.
Do you have a last call?
Yes, last call is 45 minutes prior to the end of the ceremony with bar closing 30 minutes prior.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is allowed in designated areas with sand buckets. Any cigarette butts found on the grounds of the property and not in the sand buckets will incur a charge towards your damage deposit. Please speak to your guest about this, this is strictly adhered to.
Are children allowed?
Of course! However, we require that all children are supervised by an adult and a contact is provided to us in the event we need to locate them for any wanderers. Make sure the contact isn't someone heavily involved in the event so as not to disrupt them.
It is recommended you hire a sitter to help with the children if there will be many in attendance. This will allow you, and your guest to have a much more relaxed timed and will keep the children safe.
Any other recommendations?
It would be a good idea and fun experience for you to create a private facebook group for your guest. Once they RSVP, you can invite them to the group. Here you can send out gentle reminders about smoking areas and additional rules of the venue. Additionally, we recommend you encourage those who will be partaking in alcohol to either have a designated driver or plan to UBER. This is also a good place to remind them all children must be supervised. If you reserve a block of hotel rooms, you will be able to share this in your fb group as well! It's an overall great place to communicate with your family and friends in the months, weeks, days leading up to your event! We can provide you with content for your group, such as directions to the venue, rules and suggestions. Setting up expectations in advance with your guest will lend to a smooth, safe and enjoyable day for everyone.
